Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India through our trusted logistics partners. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are trying to reach us from outside India, keep an eye on our website for future updates.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, local holidays, or logistics partner delays.

  • Metro & major cities: 4-5 business days
  • Non-metro & remote locations: 5-7 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to revise shipping rates from time to time. Any applicable charges will always be shown transparently, with a full price breakup, before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to track your package in real time.

6. Failed Deliveries and Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available at the address, the logistics partner will typically attempt re-delivery. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs clearance, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at orders@kokocoffeeroasters.in with your order details.

We will coordinate with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed only after verification.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided order processing has not started. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.

10. Country of Origin

KOKO Coffee Roasters currently sources coffee from carefully selected Indian coffee estates and processes and roasts products in India.
