At KOKO Coffee, we roast your coffee fresh upon order to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,000
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹1,000
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days across India
Shipping Partners
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

All our coffee is packed in premium, food-grade packaging with one-way degassing valves to maintain freshness. We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Holidays & Special Circumstances
During major holidays and festivals, shipping times may be extended. We'll notify you of any potential delays. In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed.
